It has been another crazy month of collecting. I added 38 cars to my collection again. I actually saw more cars exit my collection than enter through a lot of sales and exchanges. The month ended with a 1:64 Collectors Club meeting, which saw a few more cars added to the collection.
Hot Wheels
The Pepela chain in Tbilisi got some 2022 E Cases in, unfortunately they also put up the price of Hot Wheels Mainlines from 8.90 lari to 9.90 lari.
- Datsun 510 Wagon. This I got in exchange for another Datsun 510 Wagon with different decoration.
- Mad Manga. I have a few of these, this one had the Hot Wheels logo on.
- Mazda MX-5 Miata. This I got in an exchange for a Chevy Bel Air Gasser.
- LB Silhouette Nissan Silva (S15). I love this casting… I got three! The deco reminds me of Opel Racing Colors.
- Mercedes 500E. I had this in black, now I have it in red, too.
- USS Enterprise. Star Trek iconic spaceship, this is definitely not 1:64 scale.
- Custom ’01 Acura Integra GSR. Japanese Import series. JDM is very popular here in Tbilisi.
Loose Hot Wheels
- Dodge RAM 1500.
- Lamborghini Countach x 2 . One blue, one black.
- Double Decker bus. Strangely this Hot Wheels model is made in France.
Matchbox
- K-1 Weatherill Hydraulic Shovel. The first King Size model, I only have the tractor part and not the shovel.
- Freeman Inter City Commuter. This has an amazing nostalgia buzz for me. 1:55 scale from early 1970s. Made in England.
- 1956 Jaguar XK150. Classic British Sports Car. Made in Thailand.
- Jaguar F Type. This was on my wants’ list. Got this in an exchange with a Datsun 510 Wagon. Made in Thailand.
- ‘63 Austin Healey 3000 Mk2. Classic British Sports Car. Made in Thailand.
- Toyota Supra. 1:60 Scale. Made in Macau.
- Racing Mini. 1:53 Scale. From the early 1970s. Made in England.
- ’62 Volkswagen Beetle. Iconic car in Taxi Livery. Made in Thailand.
- Alfa Carabo. 1:56 scale. From the early 1970s. Made in England.
- VW-Porsche 914. 1:60 scale. 60th anniversary deco. Made in Thailand.
- 1957 Dodge Sweptside Pickup. The only Matchbox model in a blister pack this month. Made in Thailand.
